A facelift (Rhytidectomy) is a cosmetic surgical procedure used to improve the global appearance of the face when combined with ancillary procedures. The techniques of a facelift have evolved in such a way that it is possible to address from subtle aging changes to advanced aging. Newer methods of the facelift have made it possible to perform a facelift surgery without leaving obvious scars on the face. The procedures that can be combined with a facelift are mainly fat grafting, blepharoplasty, and forehead lift.

Facial aging occurs mainly in 3 zones of the face. The upper third of the face ages by wrinkling due to the action of forehead muscles. The middle third of the face ages by deflation because of the loss of fat and bone along with laxity of the facial ligaments, and the lower third of the face ages by sagging. A facelift is done to correct lower facial sagging. It is always recommendable to address the middle and upper problems along with correction of the lower face. That’s a reason for combining other procedures along with the facelift.

Stem Cell Facial Rejuvenation

A relatively new technique where stem cells are harvested from your bodyfat, with fat globules and mixed with fillers, vitamin c and neurotoxins and injected at specific sites to give you an immediate along with a long lasting glow. It is combined with microneedling to give a boost of collagen helping in smooth out the skin and reduction in wrinkles.

Classical Facelift

A classical facelift is facelift procedure in which an incision is made in the front and back of the ear to get a proper exposure of the lower facial muscles. This is followed by tightening and removal of the excess skin. A classical facelift is ideal for a client who is getting a facelift at an advanced age.

Short Scar / MACS Lift

Clients, especially younger patients and those who are very skeptical about having scars will benefit from short scar facelifts. MACS lift is a method in which shorts scars are combined with a vertical lift and tightening of muscles with strings instead of removing them.

Thread Lift

A thread lift is ideal for clients with early changes of aging who don’t want to have any scars on the face. It’s an office procedure with no downtime.
